Dani Dixon is a writer, comic book creator and the founder of media company, TUMBLE CREEK PRESS. She has published over 20 books. Dani is a storyteller first and foremost. She writes across media, genres and age groups, principally led by story and the desire to “expand where people of color see themselves, and are seen.”

Diana Deibel is the Chief Design Officer at Grand Studio and the co-author (with Rebecca Evanhoe) of the book Conversations with Things. Her design background is in conversation design and qualitative UX research, and her life background is in writing and entertainment. She lives for a great book, her kid’s giggle, and making the world incrementally better.

Rebecca Evanhoe has been developing technology that you talk to since 2012, at companies like Amazon Web Services, Mobiquity, and Shadow Health. She has created virtual patient characters for chat-based learning games, bots for fun and service, and interactive experiences for Alexa and Google Home platforms. She teaches conversation design as a visiting assistant professor at Pratt Institute.

Dr. Joan Palmiter Bajorek is the CEO and Founder of Women in Voice (WiV), the global nonprofit supporting women in voice AI. Ranked the #4 Voice AI Influencer, Bajorek is a leader in the voice tech field internationally.

Previously having worked for Nuance, Bajorek is currently a Technical Advisor for several startups and companies. She has 9+ years of experience in strategy and execution for conversational AI products across healthcare, telecom, government, and customer service verticals.
